The Challenge
To create a service for ordering certificates online. The service has to be user-friendly and help to issue the necessary certificates faster. This way it would make the process of ordering certificates easier for employees decrease the workload for accountants.

The support page Intranet previously used only for the handling of feedback should be supplemented by the possibility to provide necessary Services for employees.

Creating CJM
I created CJM according to user journey to visualize user experience

Based on research and CJM I created Wireframes to show in more detail where the elements have to be located on each screen.

It was important that design could be useful for totally different types of the user as for employees as for accountants. During ideation, I went through several different design concepts that ultimately completely satisfy both types of user needs.
